Here at Signature Flooring we ensure that the correct preparation is used to ensure a successful and long-lasting flooring installation, by ensuring that the subfloor (which is the surface on which the flooring will be installed) is clean, level, and structurally sound. Many different methods can be used such at using latex, plyboard and carpet underlay. Latex is made from a mix of self-levelling compounds, which combine to create a perfectly flat and smooth surface for your floor. A latex mix is simply poured onto the surface, to a depth of between 3mm and 20mm, and will then level itself out to form a perfectly smooth and flat surface. Once this is done your chosen floor or carpet will be fitted in your chosen design by one of our expert flooring installers.
